Whether you are an individual trying to make a name for yourself, a small start-up company, or a large corporation, branding is an important step to building a strong client base. Having a clear and strong logo that distinguishes you is an invaluable way to get recognized by customers and clients. CT GrafiX seeks to empower that individualism by providing stylish logos that represent you and your ideals.
How it Works:
1) Upon receiving your inquiry, CT GrapfiX will send you an email containing this message and a brief questionnaire. To view this questionnaire, you may download the questionnaire below. When responding to this questionnaire, please write your responses below each line. This will help CT GrafiX get a better understanding of what you are looking for as the Client.
2) After your response is received, you will receive a confirmation email within one or two business days to let you know that CT GraphiX has received your information and is currently working on your first Mock-Up Designs and price estimate. These Mock-Ups will consist of FIVE different iterations for a possible design concept. Please note that these Mock-Up designs and Final Concept Designs will be watermarked for protection purposes. The Mock-Ups will be sent via email for your review. You should expect to receive the Mock-Ups within 5 business days of the confirmation email.
3) After receiving the Mock-Ups, you will be asked a few questions regarding your preference and level of satisfaction regarding the Mock-Ups. To view this questionnaire, you may download it below. At this point, CT GrafiX will take your comments and preferences and begin work on your final logo concept.
3a) If you do not find any of the Mock-Ups to your liking, CT GraphiX will start work on a second series of Mock-Ups. If a preference still cannot be established, CT GraphiX will repeat this process once more. If, after this third attempt, a preference still cannot be established, CT GraphiX will withdraw from the task
4) Once a preference is established, CT GrafiX will take your comments and preferences and begin work on your final logo concept. This work will take approximately 5 business days. Another email will be sent regarding your final approval. CT GrafiX is willing to make adjustments on this final concept. Changes and adjustments may take 1 -5 business days depending on the complexity of the adjustment.
4a) CT GrafiX is willing to make 2 adjustments, free of charge. On the third adjustment, CT GrafiX may have to readjust the pricing or withdraw from the project
5) Once the Final Concept Design is confirmed, you will be sent instructions on how to pay with a PayPal account. You may also send a check. The payee and address will be specified in the email. Once CT GrafiX receives the payment, you will receive the Final Design, free of watermark, via email or other methods that you specify.

A: Logos will typically cost anywhere from $10- $20 per logo, depending on the complexity and nature of each request. Mock Ups and Concept Designs are free but they will be watermarked. Rush requests can deliver overnight but will be charged $1 for each MockUp design.
Q: What formats and sizes do you offer?
A: CT GrafiX can offer a variety of formats and sizes. Virtually any common image format .(png,jpg,gif,targa,tiff,pdf,....etc.) We will also do any size. If the image becomes too large where it cannot be sent through email, CT GrafiX will arrange an ftp solution.
Q: Do you allow Clients to keep the original editable files (psd,ai,id)?
A: Typically no. These kinds of files are under the protection of Trade Tools and Secrets. Special requests can be made and will be addressed on a per-client basis. Pricing on these items will vary per request. Requests may be declined.
Q: What if I want an animated logo?
A: For animated logos, the process is still relatively the same but the mockups will include What the logo looks like on the first frame, a middle frame, and a last frame. The price range for the entire service will increase to $20 -$30.
Q: What if I want to cancel the service?
A: Services can be canceled at anytime, for any reason, with no charge. If services are canceled, CT GrafiX retains the rights to these images and may showcase them on this and other websites.
Q: Who owns the finished works?
A: Clients will retain all rights to the finished works. Canceled service works and rejected MockUp designs are still owned by CT GrafiX.
Q: How soon will I see a finished product?
A: Dependent on the time frame specified in the questionnaire. A finished product will typically take anywhere between 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity and timeframe of each request and the promptness of Client response. Rush requests can deliver overnight but will be charged $1 for each MockUp design/re-design.
