1)    Upon receiving your inquiry, CT GrapfiX will send you an email containing this message and a brief questionnaire. To view this questionnaire, you may download the questionnaire below. When responding to this questionnaire, please write your responses below each line. This will help CT GrafiX get a better understanding of what you are looking for as the Client.

The  2DAnimation design process depends on where you as the client are in the development of your project. If character designs, storyboards, etc., are provided, the process can be expedited to the necessary step.

Please note that all images before their final form will be watermarked for protection purposes. Once a payment has been made on each step, you will receive the final form of that step free of watermark

*Assuming starting from scratch:

Part I [The Script]

A good foundation is key to any worth-while animation. The script tells the story of the animation even if it is just a few scenes long. The script will detail the characters and how they will interact with other characters and the environment of the animation.

*Price Range -- $5 -$20 (depending on complexity and length)

 1_a)      After the initial email is received, you will receive a confirmation email within one or two business days to let you know that CT GraphiX has received your information and is currently working on your first script iteration.  The script will be sent via email for your review. One can expect a script within 5 business days of the confirmation email.

 1_b)      Upon receiving the script, you will be asked a few questions regarding your preference and level of satisfaction regarding the script.  At this point, CT GrafiX will take your comments and preferences and begin work on your Mock Ups. If you do not find  the script to your liking, CT GrafiX will start work on a second script.  If a preference still cannot be established, CT GrafiX will repeat this process once more.

If, after this third attempt, a preference still cannot be established, CT GrafiX may alter the pricing or  withdraw from the task.

Part II [Design]

Once the Script is established, it is time to flesh out the characters, environments and props. This process is also important and  will depict the overall mood of the Animation.

*Price Range:
Characters - $5 -$25 (depending on complexity)
Environments -$5 -$25 (depending on complexity)
Props- $5 - $25 (depending on complexity and number)

 2_a)       Once the script is complete, CT GrafiX will take your comments and preferences and begin work on your  Design Mock Ups. Another email(s) will be sent regarding your approval. CT GrafiX is willing to make adjustments on these Mock Ups. These Mock-Ups will consist of 5 iterations of characters, environments, and /or props for a possible visual design.

2_b)         Upon receiving the Mock-Ups, you will be asked a few questions regarding your preference and level of satisfaction regarding the Mock-Ups.The Final Design will include the preferences of all the elements in a cohesive color-composition. One can expect designs within 5 business days after the script is complete.

*Concept changes and adjustments may take 1 -5  business days depending on the complexity of the adjustment. CT GrafiX is willing to make 2 adjustments, free of charge. On the third adjustment, CT GrafiX may have to adjust pricing or withdraw from the project.

Part III [Storyboards]

The storyboard process culminates the script and designs together and turns them into the basis for the animation itself. The storyboards depict the timing, camera movements, actions, and dialogue into a detailed 'comic-strip' like work.

*Price Range: $10 - $25

3_a)          Once the Design process is complete, CT GrafiX will take your  preferences and begin work on your storyboards. Another email(s) will be sent regarding your approval. The storyboard will contain the timing, camera movements, actions, and dialogue of the animation.

3_b)           Upon receiving the storyboard you will be asked a few questions regarding your preference and level of satisfaction regarding the Storyboard .The Final Storyboard will contain the timing, camera movements, actions, and dialogue of the animation in full color.
One can expect a storyboard within 5 business days after the Design is complete.

* Changes and adjustments may take 1 -5  business days depending on the complexity of the adjustment. CT GrafiX is willing to make 2 adjustments, free of charge. On the third adjustment, CT GrafiX may have to adjust pricing or withdraw from the project.

Part IV [Animation]

The animation process is where it all comes together in a cohesive form. The animation depicts the character, camera movements, actions, and dialogue into a fluid cohesive product for viewing.

*Price Range: $50+ (depending on complexity and length)

4_a)   Once the storyboards are complete, CT GrafiX will take your preferences and begin work on your animation. This work  will take at least 5 business days. Another email(s) will be sent regarding your final approval. The animation will depict the character, camera movements, actions, and dialogue into a fluid cohesive product for viewing.

4_b)    Upon receiving the animation, the you will be asked a few questions regarding your preference and level of satisfaction regarding the Animation. The complete animation will take at least 5-7 business days and may be more depending on the complexity and length.

*Changes and adjustments may take at least 1 -5  business days depending on the complexity of the adjustment. CT GrafiX is willing to make 2 adjustments, free of charge. On the third adjustment, CT GrafiX may have to adjust pricing or withdraw from the project.

Once the Final Animation is confirmed, you will receive the Final Animation, free of watermark, via methods that you specify.
